 Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

 Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days .

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

 Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking details.

• You can also track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

 Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

• If delivery is attempted but not accepted, or incorrect address details are provided, the package will be marked as RTO.

• In such cases, we can reship the order (shipping charges may apply).

 Important Notes

• Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once shipped.

• Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
